Abstract: PURPOSE: A pin assembly for an operation is provided to inject or spray drugs and materials through a hole and a conduit of an operation pin, thereby effectively eliminating cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: Plural side holes(30) are formed on an outer side of a hollow-shaped operation pin(10a). A head unit(20) of the operation pin is closed or opened through a through hole. To fix one side end of the operation pin, a groove-shaped pin fixing unit is formed on an inner side of a hollow-shaped supporting bar(60). Both sides of the supporting bar are opened. The operation pin is fixed to the pin fixing unit of the supporting bar. The operation pin is inserted into a bone by applying external power to one end of the supporting bar.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bone marker apparatus for a navigation surgery and a navigation method using the same are provided to simply register a surgery site through minimum incision. CONSTITUTION: A pin unit(10) is comprised of a body(18) and a head(14). A cannula probe member(40) comprises an opening in one side and has a hollow shape.
