Abstract: 본 발명에 따른 멀티칩을 이용한 백색 LED 소자는 종래의 RGB 멀티칩을 이용한 백색 LED 소자에 비하여, yellow gap내의 그린 LED의 효율을 최대화하여 다른 색의 칩들간의 편차를 최소화하였고, 각각의 칩간의 온도, 전류 및 droop 특성의 편차를 최소화하여 구동 회로를 단순화할 수 있어 상용화에 적합하다.
또한, 통상의 단일칩 구조의 백색 LED 소자에 비하여 고 연색지수를 실현 (R

Abstract: PURPOSE: A white light emitting diode device is provided to improve the efficiency of the device by reflecting light, which is emitted through the rear side of a fluorescent substance, to the front side of the fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode device(120) emits light of a first wavelength region. A fluorescent substance is located on the upper side of the light emitting diode device. The fluorescent substance receives the light of the first wavelength region. After an excitation process, light of a second wavelength region is emitted. A multilayered film includes a first thin film(100) with low refractive index and a second thin film(110) with high refractive index. The multilayered film is arranged between the light emitting diode device and the fluorescent substance. The multilayered film transmits the light of the first wavelength region and reflects the light of the second wavelength region.
