Abstract: 본발명은외부로부터작용하는하중에대하여좋은효율로압전에너지를취득할수 있고, 취성에강한마이크로압전유연와이어의제조방법, 상기마이크로압전유연와이어를이용한압전에너지하베스터및 상기압전에너지하베스터의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른마이크로압전유연와이어의제조방법은, 금속와이어(111)의표면에세라믹-고분자물질을코팅하여활성층(112)을형성하는활성층형성단계(S110)와, 진공에서활성층(112)을압연또는압출하여활성층(112) 내부의결합을제거하는결함제거단계(S120)와, 활성층(112)의표면에금속을도포하여도전층(114)을형성하는도전층형성단계(S140)와, 상기금속와이어(111)와상기도전층(114)에전계를인가하여상기활성층(112)내에서분극이일어나게하는분극유도단계(S150)를포함하고, 상기압전에너지하베스터의제조방법은마이크로압전유연와이어(110)를서로직교하도록배열시키거나, 같은방향으로배열하는와이어배열단계(S210)와, 상기마이크로압전유연와이어(110)들의사이로유연고분자로몰딩하는고분자몰딩단계(S220)와, 상기마이크로압전유연와이어(110)의내부의금속와이어(111)와도전층(114)에각각전기적으로연결되는출력전극(130)을설치하는출력전극설치단계(S230)를포함하여, 압전에너지하베스터를제조한다.
