Abstract: PURPOSE: A restoration method for a network synchronization system based on priority is provided to prevent the collapse of network synchronization in a communication system by automatically selecting a master terminal. CONSTITUTION: When missed call rates of a synchronization signal are less than 50% in slave terminals, a master terminal determines the missed call rates of the synchronization signal in the slave terminals(c). When the missed call rates of the synchronization signal are more than 50%, a new master terminal is selected from the existing slave terminals(d). When the master terminal is selected, the master terminal synchronizes with the slave terminals(e). The slave terminals receive and transmit terminal state information. The slave terminals update the terminal state information(f).
