본 발명은 라우터간 메시지 교환을 통하여 정적 라우팅 정보를 자동으로 구성함으로써 라우팅 경로의 중복 문제를 해결하는 망 이동성을 위한 라우팅 경로관리 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이동 라우터가 기반 라우터로부터 IP 주소와 대여 시간(lease time)을 할당받는 단계와, 상기 이동 라우터가 상기 기반 라우터에 이동망의 경로정보 설정을 요청하는 단계와, 상기 기반 라우터가 상기 이동 라우터에 할당된 대여 시간이 유효한지 판단하는 단계와, 상기 대여 시간이 유효하다면, 상기 기반 라우터에 상기 이동망의 경로정보를 설정하는 단계와, 상기 기반 라우터가 상기 경로정보를 포함한 경로관리 리스트를 생성하는 단계와, 상기 기반 라우터가 상기 이동 라우터에게 경로정보 설정을 통지하는 단계와, 상기 이동 라우터에서 상기 기반 라우터의 IP 주소를 기본 경로로 추가하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 망 이동성을 위한 라우팅 경로관리 방법을 이용하면, 홈 에이전트(Home Agent)의 제약 없이 단말 IP 주소의 연속성을 보장할 수 있으며, 라우팅 경로의 중복 문제를 해결할 수 있다.

Disclosed are a data communications device of a common data link communications system and an operation method thereof. According to embodiments of the present invention, the data communications device of the common data link communications system comprises a packet generation unit for generating packets by adding packet information to signal data and images received from one or more sensors; a packet multiplexing unit for time-multiplexing the packets and outputting the multiplexed packets; a variable frame generation unit for generating a variable frame by sequentially allocating the data bits of the outputted packet according to a determined number of frames per second; a variable transmission speed transmission unit for transmitting the generated variable frame to a ground communications device at a variable transmission speed according to the determined number of frames per second; and a control unit which determines the number of frames per second based on the amount of data outputted from the packet multiplexing unit and controls the variable frame generation unit and the variable transmission speed transmission unit to select the determined number of frames per second.

PURPOSE: A dynamic host configuration protocol server for transmitting an IP address of a VoIP terminal and a VoIP system using the server, and a method for initiating session using the server, and a computer readable medium recording program for performing the method are provided to enable a DHCP server to transfer terminal information and an IP address to an SIP server instead a VoIP terminal. CONSTITUTION: IP address allocation units(221,251) receives terminal information and an IP address allocation request message for setting a session from a VoIP terminal. The IP address allocation units allocate an IP address to the VoIP terminal, and transfers the allocated IP address to the VoIP terminal. SIP information transmission units transmit the received terminal information and the allocated IP address to SIP server to register the information and the address.

The present specification relates to a method of generating and receiving a packet in code spreading packet communication and an apparatus thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of generating and receiving the packet in the code spreading packet communication and the apparatus thereof, can reduce the risk of the generated code spreading packet detected by an enemy by changing a spreading code that spreads a preamble pattern and an original signal of a user every time the code spreading packet communication generates each packet.
