Abstract: PURPOSE: A non-destructive testing device and a non-destructive testing system with the same are provided to include a control unit controlling a level of a medium, thereby enabling to test a plurality of testing objects by receiving the same into a water bath at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A non-destructive testing device(1000) comprises a water bath(200), a probe(410), and a driving device. A plurality of testing objects is received inside the water bath. The probe is arranged inside the water bath and emits ultrasonic waves to the testing object. The driving device controls a position of the probe. The driving device includes a supporting frame(220), a driving frame(240), a shaft(300), and a rotating member(310). The supporting frame is installed outside of the water bath, and the water bath penetrates through the supporting frame. The driving frame is extended in a first direction(D). One end of the driving frame is fixed to the probe, and the other end of the driving frame is installed in the supporting frame.
