    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling/heating system with a wind-to-heat converting device and a cooling/heating method using the same are provided to increase energy efficiency by directly heating thermal medium. CONSTITUTION: A cooling/heating system with a wind-to-heat converting device comprises a solar heater(2100), a wind power heater(2200), a heat collector(2300), and a controller(2400). The solar heater heats the thermal medium by using the solar energy. The wind power heater heats thermal medium by the wind. The thermal medium heated by the solar heater and the wind power heater is collected in the heat collector. The controller controls the cooling and heating of a building using heat of the thermal medium collected in the heat collector. The controller comprises a regenerator(2410), a 4-way valve(2420), a condenser(2430), an evaporator(2440), and a water solution production unit(2450).

    Abstract: A hub assembly for wind power generation is provided to equalize combining angle of each flange on a hub by installing at least one leaf spring having a protrusion. A hub assembly for wind power generation comprises a hub(10), flange(20), and fastening member(25). The hubs is installed to a rotary shaft and provided with three combining surfaces(12). Each combining surface is a circle having the same diameter. Two combining surfaces meets at one edge. A plurality of holes are formed at a regular interval on each combining surface. The flange is attached to a rotation blade(30), contacts with the combining surface of the hub and provided with a plurality of elongated holes communicated with the holes of the combining surface. The fastening member is driven through the holes of the combining surface and the elongated holes of the flange to combine the flange to the hub. The elongated hole is longer than the hole of the combining surface so that combining angle of the rotation blade is adjustable.

The second area includes a trailing edge(18) inclined gently so that the blade gets narrower from the first area to the third area. The second area is twisted at 1 degree to 10 degree about the pressing surface. The third area includes a trailing edge(15c) inclined steeply compared with the trailing edge of the second area and its distal end portion(14) is rounded like an arc.
