Abstract: PURPOSE: A lubricating structure of a propelling axle on a vehicle is provided to prevent the leakage of grease through a gap between an air outlet plug and a spline outer shaft and to smoothly supply the grease between a spline groove and a spline inner shaft when the spline inner shaft repeats the compression and the extension. CONSTITUTION: A fixing disk(16) is fixed inside a spline outer shaft(11). A cylindrical air outlet plug(14) has a rubber plug film(15) having a triangle folded piece and an air outlet pipe(14a). The air outlet pipe is inserted in the fixing disk. A lubricant moving groove(11b) is formed in more than one spline grooves(11a) of the spline outer shaft to smoothly move grease. Thereby, a spline inner shaft(12) is compressed and extended more smoothly.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A drain plug for an axle housing in a vehicle is provided to perfectly collect metal powder contained in oil and to prevent the medal powder from mixing in the oil. CONSTITUTION: A drain plug for an axle housing of a vehicle comprises a drain port mounted on an axle housing; a body(10) removably combined to the drain port by having a bolt shape; a head(12) exposed on outside of the axle housing; a spiral unit(14) connected to the axle housing by having a cylinder shape; a collector(16) collecting meal powder by being installed on the body; a housing(18) removably inserted into the spiral unit of the body; a first through hole(20) letting in oil; and magnet installed on the housing to collect the metal powder by using magnetic force. Thereby, the drain plug for the axle hosing of the vehicle perfectly collects the metal powder contained in the oil.
