Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition containing glutinous rice extract and tea extract for prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer is provided, which enforces anti-ulcer effect by combined treatment effect of glutinous rice extract and tea extract. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of composition containing glutinous rice extract and tea extract for prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer is comprised of: adding 10 times of distilled water to glutinous rice extract, shaking 3times for 30seconds using a mixer; centrifuging for 10minutes at 1000xg to get supernatant(glutinous rice extract); leaving the extract for 12 hours at room temperature, and centrifuging for 10minutes at 1000xg to get precipitates; drying the precipitates to get the objective glutinous rice extract; extracting tea(e.g., green tea, oolong tea, black tea) for 10 minutes by adding the tea to boiling distilled water with 100 times heavier weight, and filtering; freeze-drying the filtrate to get powdered extract; mixing the glutinous rice extract and tea extract in distilled water, and adding liquid fruit sugar and citric acid to get the objective mixed beverage.
