Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel gas supply controller, and device and method for supplying fuel gas having the controller are provided to prevent damage to equipment by stone wall phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A fuel gas supply controller comprises a high pressure storage tank, a LD compressor(1), and a LD compressor low load controller(13). The high pressure storage tank absorbs the calorie flowing from the outside of tank by increment of latent heat of the liquefied gas.
