Abstract: A sewage overflow interception apparatus for a vacuum inhalation vehicle is provided to prevent the sewage from flowing into a vacuum pump by mounting a sewage overflow interception unit between a suction hole of a vacuum pump and a vacuum tank and intercepting the overflowed sewage from the vacuum tank. A sewage overflow interception apparatus for a vacuum inhalation vehicle comprises a vacuum tank(10), a vacuum pump(20), a four-way valve(30), an oil tank(40) and an oil filter(50), and a sewage overflow interception unit(60). The vacuum tank has a suction/discharge pipe(10). The vacuum pump is connected with the vacuum pump and pipe lines(70). The four-way valve is installed at the pipe lines to control pressure, vacuum, and neutral states of the vacuum tank. The oil tank and the oil filter are installed between the pipe lines. The sewage overflow interception unit is installed between suction holes(21) of the vacuum pump and the vacuum tanks. The sewage overflow interception unit has an inlet(61a) and an outlet(61b), an overflow interception tank(61), a sensor(62), and an interception valve(63). Heating parts(64) maintain the inner temperature of the overflow interception tank. An oil cooler(41) is installed between the oil tank and the vacuum tank.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method of recycling wastewater for cleaning underground facilities are provided to improve recycling efficiency by injecting a coagulant into a sucking and coagulating part for sucking wastewater using vacuum pressure and filtering the wastewater and sludge in a state that wastewater and sludge are coagulated, thereby recycling the wastewater. An apparatus of recycling wastewater for cleaning underground facilities comprises: a water collection part(110) including a catchment tank(111) having a water sucking part(112) formed at one side thereof and a collected water discharging part(113) formed at the other side thereof, and a vacuum suction pipe(114) which is installed on a top part of the catchment tank, has a backflow preventing member(116), and is connected to a vacuum pump(115); a sucking coagulation part(120) including a raw water sucking pipeline(122) connected to the water sucking part to suck in wastewater of an underground facility through a raw water suction port(121) by vacuum pressure of the catchment tank, an agitation part(123) which is formed at one side of the raw water sucking pipeline, and which has a coagulant pipeline(126) connected to a coagulant supply part(124) thereof, and a water sucking pipeline(127) formed at the other side of the agitation part to supply wastewater agitated with a coagulant into the catchment tank; a filter transfer part(130) including a water coagulation filter(131) formed within the catchment tank to filter the wastewater agitated with the coagulant, and a transfer pipe(132) which is connected to a transfer pump(133), and through which filtered wastewater is transferred to the collected water discharging part; and a recycling part(140) including a recycling tank(141) which is connected to the transfer pipe of the filter transfer part, and which discharges recycled water to a discharge pipeline(143) by operating a discharge valve(142).
