Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing an organic fertilizer is provided to recycle a seabed deposit to obtain a fertilizer of good quality in a short time so that the environment of costal sea area can be improved and efficiently conserved. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an organic fertilizer using sterilizing method of a polluting deposit in a costal nursery according to the present invention comprises the steps: a) pumping a seabed deposit and dewatering it; b) mixing organic wastes such as livestock feces and urine, human waste, triturated food wastes and sewage sludge with the dewatered seabed deposit; c) introducing a sterilizing additive to the mixed waste containing the deposit and organic wastes to obtain the safety from pathogenic micro-organisms which destruct coliform group, fecal coliform and viable cell and to improve the organic character of the mixed wastes wherein the sterilizing additive added in the said sterilization step c) is calcium oxide(CaO) and magnesium oxide(Mg(OH)2).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种制备有机肥料的方法，以回收海底沉积物，以在短时间内获得质量好的肥料，从而可以改善和有效保存海滨海域的环境。 构成：根据本发明的在花岗质苗圃中使用污染沉积物的消毒方法制备有机肥料的方法包括以下步骤：a）抽吸海底沉积物并使其脱水; b）将有机废物如家畜粪便和尿液，人类废物，研磨的食物废物和污水污泥与脱水的海底沉积物混合; c）向含有沉淀物和有机废物的混合废物中引入灭菌添加剂以获得致病微生物的安全性，其破坏大肠菌群，粪大肠杆菌和活细胞，并改善混合废物的有机特性，其中添加灭菌添加剂 在所述灭菌步骤中，c）是氧化钙（CaO）和氧化镁（Mg（OH）2）。

Abstract: 본 발명은 해양환경 자동 경보 및 양식생물 보호시스템에 관한 것으로서, 양식어장 주변에 이상 해수가 접근할 때, 이상해수에 의한 해양환경의 변화를 종합적으로 감지하여, 자동 경보와 더불어 그 해양환경 상태를 양식장 관리자에게 직접 알리고, 육상 양식어장 또는 해상 양식어장에 이상 해수가 유입되지 않도록 적당하게 사후처리하여 양식생물을 보호하기 위한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은 양식장 주변의 해수 상태를 측정하기 위한 해양환경 측정수단과; 사용자에 의해 조작될 수 있는 다수의 숫자키와 기능키들을 구비한 설정수단과; 상기 설정수단에서 설정되는 값이나 상기 해양환경 측정수단의 측정값을 표시하는 표시수단과; 해양 환경이 정상적일때에 해수를 이용하여 측정할 수 있는 해양 환경 기준치를 각각 종류별로 구분하여 상기 설정수단을 통해 저장할 수 있는 제 1기억수단과; 상기 해양환경 측정수단에서 측정된 값을 미리 설정된 해당 기준치와 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 따라 출력포트 및 통신포트 제어신호를 생성하는 제어수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
