By having more than one drainage holes at the point which the inner frame is crossed, stability of the installation unit of a cultivating net for mud flat oysters can be maintained and increased. In addition, by connecting the thread having seeds for seedling collection to the network, seawater can be smoothly circulated and a large amount of spats can be collected.
