Abstract: PURPOSE: A diagnosing method of brucellosis with high specificity and sensitivity of convenient perform due to excellent humora immunity as stimulating T lymphocyte on ribosome protein L7/L12 antigent by mass producing ribosome protein L7/L12 of Brucella canis. CONSTITUTION: A transformed host cell comprises a gene of sequence number 1. The host cell is a yeast or Escherichia coli. A diagnosing method of Brucellosis canis comprises the following stpes. 1) A step of absorbing the ribosome protein L7/L12 antigen produced on the host cell in a immunoassay plate. 2) A step of processing sample on the absorbed plate from the step 1). 3) A step of processing the second antigen on the plate of the step 2). 4) A step of processing color former on the plate of the step 3). Abstract translation: 目的：通过大量产生布鲁杆菌核糖体蛋白L7 / L12的核糖体蛋白L7 / L12抗原刺激T淋巴细胞，优异的幽默免疫作用，具有高特异性和灵敏度的布鲁氏菌病诊断方法。 构成：转化的宿主细胞包含序列号1的基因。宿主细胞是酵母或大肠杆菌。 布鲁氏菌病的诊断方法包括以下菌株。 1）在免疫测定板中吸收在宿主细胞上产生的核糖体蛋白L7 / L12抗原的步骤。 2）从步骤1）在吸收的板上处理样品的步骤。 3）在步骤2）的板上处理第二抗原的步骤。 4）在步骤3）的板上处理成色剂的步骤。 和5）测量步骤4）的板的吸光度的步骤。 （附图标记）（AA）吸光度; （BB）阴性血清; （CC）阳性血清
