Abstract: 본발명은 SCP 유전자, SCP 돌연변이유전자, 이를이용한형질전환식물체의제조방법및 형질전환식물세포체에서분비단백질의분비를조절하는방법에관한것이다. 본발명의 SCP 유전자또는 SCP 돌연변이유전자를이용하면스트레스에의해분비가유도되는단백질인 TLP의이동을조절할수 있으므로, 본발명의유전자를포함하는벡터를이용하여스트레스저항성이증진된형질전환식물체를제작할수 있다.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及：SCP基因; SCP突变基因; 一种生产使用该转基因植物的转基因植物的方法; 以及调节来自转基因植物细胞体的分泌蛋白质分泌的方法。 当使用本发明的SCP基因或SCP突变基因时，有可能调节TLP（一种蛋白质）的迁移，其中应激诱导蛋白质的分泌。 因此，可以使用包含本发明基因的载体来生产具有增强的抗逆性的转基因植物。

Abstract: The present invention relates to a transformant overexpressing OsPP2CTS gene. More specifically, transformed rice which overexpresses a recombinant vector including OsPP2CTS separated from rice has the increased length from the ground to the neck, length from the neck to the end, and panicle number. Therefore the gene can be used as a molecular breeding material with increased growth in order to have an effect of increasing biomass.
