    Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for hydroponics of garden products using a bottom matt without a bench. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a nutrient solution container, labor-saving trays, drip tapes, and a drip irrigator. The nutrient solution container includes: a lower vinyl spread on an upper surface of soil that is evenly arranged; a non-woven fabric installed on an upper surface of the lower vinyl and containing moisture; and an upper vinyl installed on an upper surface of the non-woven fabric, wherein the upper vinyl is perforated to form a supply hole through which a nutrient solution is supplied to the non-woven fabric. The labor-saving trays on which garden plants including grafted cactus are mounted are respectively disposed on an upper surface of the upper vinyl. The drip tapes are respectively disposed between the upper vinyl and the labor-saving trays or between the labor-saving trays. The drip irrigator is connected with the drip tapes to restrictedly supply the nutrient solution in a nutrition solution tank to the nutrient solution container. Here, the nutrient solution supplied to the nutrient solution container has a non-cyclic structure so that the nutrient solution does not return to the nutrient solution tank. According to the present invention, a bench for nutritional cultivation and a nutrition liquid collecting apparatus are not needed. Therefore, the present invention can provide less manpower than the soil cultivation, and enable the nutritional cultivation of garden plants at lower costs than the nutritional cultivation using a bench. Further, the present invention can improve the productivity and quality of garden plants.
