Abstract:
본 발명에 따른 농가보급형 작물의 광질제어장치는 파장이 660nm인 적색광을 조사하여 광수용단백질인 파이토크롬(phytochrome)의 작용을 유도함으로써 작물의 생장을 조절할 수 있으며, 적색 발광 다이오드를 사용하기 때문에 설치와 점검이 매우 안전하며 발광 특성상 좌우 방향으로 산란이 매우 적고 직진방향으로만 주로 발광하기 때문에 광 이용효율이 높고 설치된 시설 외의 장소로 광이 산란되지 않는다. 또한 전기요금을 종래에 비해 60~86% 줄여 생산비를 절감할 수 있으며, 작물에 광 강도를 0.2μmolm -2 s -1 이상 조사할 경우 광합성을 촉진하여 생장을 촉진하는 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A parent strain of novel white flammulina velutipes and a separation method of a parent strain KCCM 11129P of the novel white Flammulina velutipes are provided to increase export by lowering loyalties and creating high added value. CONSTITUTION: A separation method of a parent strain KCCM 11129P of the novel white Flammulina velutipes comprises the following steps: cultivating of Flammulina velutipes spore and separating a single core strain; hybriding the separated single core strain and selecting the hybrid strain; and performing spore pamixis method by using the selected hybrid strain. A spore pamixis method comprises the following steps: collecting spore from the different varieties or one Flammulina velutipes; manufacturing a spore suspension which includes the spore; performing random mating by culturing the spore suspension; skimming the entity having the white character by random mating; and obtaining the original strain of the white Flammulina velutipes through tissue separation. The cultivation is processed at 25 deg. Celsius for 3-6 days. A separation method includes an isolation of the single core strain. The Flammulina velutipes are brown Flammulina velutipes. The cultivation is processed for 7-14 days.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for controlling light quality for melon cultivation are provided to induce the phytochrome activity of photoreceptive protein to increase fruit setting number of the melon, thereby improving the harvest amount of the melon. An apparatus for controlling light quality for melon cultivation is composed of a light irradiation unit and a DC conversion controller(30). The light irradiation unit consists of a supporter(20) comprising a plurality of extremely red light emitting diode modules, which are composed of extremely red light emitting diodes(10). The DC conversion controller is connected to a connection pin(21) mounted in the supporter in order to apply an electric current to the extremely red light emitting diode. The apparatus for controlling light quality for melon cultivation additionally includes a constant current controller(22) to adjust the light intensity of the extremely red light emitting diode. The light irradiation units are installed at constant height from melon crowns and secures the light intensity of 0.250mumol/m^2s or more. The DC conversion controller has a timer. The irradiating time of the extremely red light lasts for 15~60 minutes after the sunset.

본 발명은 신규한 백색 팽이버섯 균주 (기탁번호: KCCM 11134P) 및 신규한 백색 팽이버섯 균주로부터 형성된 신규한 백색 팽이버섯 자실체에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 백색 팽이버섯 균주는 공지된 백색 팽이버섯 균주와는 완전히 다른 유전적 차이를 보이는 새로운 균주로 향후 로열티 절약 및 농업 고부가 창출을 통한 국가 수출경쟁력 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있다.
