Abstract: A sesame thresh apparatus is provided to thresh and select sesame promptly and uniformly and to be coupled with a tractor. The sesame thresh apparatus includes a transporting portion(14), a hitting portion, a conveying portion(22) and a selecting portion(26). The transporting portion(14) has a rotation body(10), and a guide that is installed in the rotation direction of the rotation body(10), being separated from the rotation body(10). The bunches of sesame are transported being caught in the space between the rotation body and the guide. The hitting portion has a fixing shaft(16) installed in an upright position at the lower part of the transporting portion, and a hitting rod fixed to the fixing shaft(16) for hitting the bunch of sesame.

이로 인해, 자운영 종자의 채종작업을 기계에 의한 자동화하여 작업시간 단축으로 노동력이 인력에 의한 채종에 비해 약 20배 이상이 향상되며 경비를 대폭적으로 절감시킬 수 있다. 자운영 종자의 완전한 탈곡으로 인해 채종율을 크게 높일 수 있다. 구조가 간단하며 동력원으로서 전동기를 사용함에 따라 사용이 용이하여 여성 또는 고령자도 쉽게 조작할 수 있다.
