본 발명에 따른 이동식 가축 사체처리장치 및 이를 이용한 가축 사체처리방법은, 직접가열 폐사가축처리장치와 리본믹싱 장치 등이 저상트레일러 등에 탑재된 상태로 구성되어, 폐사가축 발생지점으로 신속하게 이동한 상태에서 폐사 가축의 처리가 가능하고, 직접가열식 동물사체처리장치에서 처리되어 배출된 폐사가축 부산물을 리본믹싱 장치에 바로 투입하여 가공 처리할 수 있도록 구성되어, 동물사체 처리 부산물을 바로 퇴비화시켜 배출할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A milk substitute composition of breast milk level for sucking calf is provided to reduce dangers of dying and slow-growing of calf. CONSTITUTION: A milk substitute composition of breast milk level for sucking calf comprises whey powder 19 ~ 25 weight%, protein concentrate 18 ~ 24 weight%, fat powder 30 ~ 36 weight%, lactose 7 ~ 13 weight% and the balance of water. The milk substitute composition further includes skimmed milk powder 3 ~ 5 weight%. The milk substitute composition further includes 1 weight% or less of mineral, vitamin, choline chloride, and miary acid.

PURPOSE: A processing apparatus for dead birds is provided to shorten a processing time when pathogen is surely sterilized by directly heating with high pressure steam after putting the dead birds into a dead birds processing drum. CONSTITUTION: A processing apparatus for dead birds comprises: a dead birds processing drum: a drum cover(2) installed on the outer part of the dead birds processing drum; a heating unit installed on the drum cover; a pressure controller(4) which measures a pressure of the dead birds processing drum and controls an operation of heating according to the measured pressure; a pressure control valve(5) installed on one side of the drum cover; a timer part(6) counting an operation time of heating; a controller(7) controlling the operation time of heating; and a cart for dead birds in which a roller is installed on the lower part to be transferred to the inner part of the dead birds processing drum according to a guide rail(14) installed at the dead birds processing drum.

A calf milk replacer composition on a level of mother's milk and a feeding method for suckling livestock are provided to reduce a risk of low growth and diarrhea and to decrease a death rate. A calf milk replacer composition is composed of 19-25wt% of whey powder, 18-24wt% of protein condensed whey, 30-36wt% of fat powder, 7-13wt% of lactose, 3-5wt% of fat-removed powdered milk and about 1wt% of minerals, vitamins and choline chloride. The protein condensed whey contains vegetable protein concentrate condensed whey and whey protein concentrate. A method for feeding calves comprises the following steps of: feeding with the milk replacer 4 times a day from at 3~5-day of age until 25-day of age; feeding 3 times a day until 30-day of age; feeding twice a day until 44-day of age; feeding once a day until 49-day of age; and additionally feeding grass hay as roughage to the calves after 2-week of age.

An apparatus for directly heating a carcass using vacuum is provided to prevent water contamination due to discharge of condensed water by excluding the use of water supplied from the outside. An apparatus for directly heating a carcass using vacuum comprises a carcass processing drum(100) having a cover(30) through which a carcass is put into. A water reservoir(110) stores water in the carcass processing drum. A drum cover(120) is installed out of the carcass processing drum to provide a heating space between the carcass processing drum and the drum cover. A heating device heats the heating space. A pressure controller(140) measures pressure of the carcass processing drum to control the operation of the heating device based on the measured pressure. An air pressure control valve(200) adjusts the pressure of the carcass processing drum to the atmospheric pressure. A timer counts the operation time of the heating device. A controller(220) receives a signal from the timer to control the operation time of the heating device.

A composition for treating mastitis of mammal comprising a natural proteinase or a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a silver nanoparticle colloidal solution is provided to show no systemic side effects, exhibit excellent stability, to require no additional withdrawal time for injection into a breast and contribute to construct environmental dairy industry. A composition for treating mastitis of mammal comprises 0.1-5 wt.% of a natural proteinase such as trypsin, alpha-chymotrypsin, pancreas, and bromelain and a silver nanoparticle colloidal solution or a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the silver nanoparticle colloidal solution includes at least one polymer stabilizer selected from the group consisting of polyvinylpyrrolidone, (1-vinyl pyrrolidone)-acrylic acid copolymer, polyoxyethylene stearate, and 1-vinylpyrrolidone-vinyl acetic acid copolymer.

A composition for treating mastitis is provided to show high mastitis therapeutic efficiency without side effects. And a method for treating the mastitis using the same is provided. A composition for treating mastitis of mammals such as cow, goat and sheep comprises brazilin represented by the formula(1) or a derivative thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and is characterized in that it is a methanol extract of Caesalpinia Sappan L. comprising a methanol fraction of Caesalpinia Sappan L. obtained by precipitating finely cut Caesalpinia Sappan L. in methanol. The composition further comprises 1-30 wt.% of dimethyl sulfoxide or 50-90 wt.% of propylene glycol. A method for treating mastitis of mammals such as chronic mastitis, subclinical mastitis and clinical mastitis comprises a step of administering a therapeutically effective amount of the composition into the mammary gland of mammals except human.

A composition for preventing or treating mastitis of an animal comprising silver nanoparticle colloidal solution and a method for preventing or treating mastitis of the animal by using the same composition are provided to improve treating effects of the composition by using silver nanoparticle colloid, and enhance use safety and reduce the production costs of the composition by using an inexpensive and safe polymer stabilizer. The composition for preventing or treating the animal mastitis comprises a solution containing colloid of silver nanoparticles having diameter of 1-15 nm and 0.5-5 wt.% of a polymer stabilizer selected from polyvinylpyrrolidone, (1-vinyl pyrrolidone)-acrylic acid copolymer, polyoxyethylene stearate and (1-vinylpyrrolidone)-vinyl acetate copolymer, wherein the amount of silver nanoparticle is 5-30 ppm, based on the total weight of the composition. The composition further comprises 0.001-5 wt.% of Caesalpinia Sappan. The silver nanoparticle colloidal solution is prepared by dissolving silver salt or silver oxide salt, and at least one polymer stabilizer in water or non-aqueous solvent, nitrogen-purging the solution, and irradiating gamma-rays to the solution, wherein the silver salt is AgNO3, AgClO4, Ag2SO4 or CH3COOAg, the non-aqueous solvent is ethylene glycol, ethanol or isopropyl alcohol, and the animal is cow, pig, goat, dog or ship. The teat of the animal is disinfected by administering the composition into breast or teat of the animal through injection.
