Abstract: This process use the compound composed of moulding sand 65-85%, bentonite 10-30% as bonding agent, and water 3-8% (in wt.%). After mixing above compound uniformly, this mixture is put into moulding box and pressed to have an even surface. An image is carved on this even surface and the carved mould is heated to 350-450≦̸C in furnace. After this baking process, a glass board is placed on this carved mould and heated to melt the glass board for 30-60 minutes at 800-870≦̸C in furnace. By this process, a glass board with the carved image can be formed.
