PURPOSE: A composition for preventing and treating calcium-deficient osteoporosis is provided to ensure excellent treatment effect on osteoporosis through animal experiment. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating calclium-deficient osteoporosis contains Gorosoe tree sap. The composition is a pharmaceutically accepted composition or food or food additive which is acceptable under the food law. The Gorosoe tree sap is contained in 25-70 wt% based on total weight. A method for manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition for anti-coagulation of blood or neurotoxicity suppression comprises: a step of collecting Gorosoe tree sap from the Gorosoe tree; a step of purifying impurities; and a step of mixing with an excipient.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a roughage composition containing an unaerobic fermentation product of browses(twigs and leaves) of Pinus pentaphylla instead of rice straw as a main component is provided. Therefore, the browses of Pinus pentaphylla are useful as a substitute roughage source for rice straw. CONSTITUTION: A roughage composition contains an unaerobic fermentation product of browses of Pinus pentaphylla as a main component and additionally a nutrient supplement such as urea or calcium carbonate. The browses of Pinus pentaphylla are ground into a size of 3 to 10mm and then anaerobically fermented with a suitable amount of moisture, a fermentation promoter and a deterioration preventing agent to give a roughage composition for feeding livestock. The roughage composition has a moisture content of 55 to 70%.
