Abstract: 본발명은 100 내지 1500mT의고강도, 0.01 내지 100Hz의저주파수전자기장을중간엽줄기세포또는성체줄기세포에처리하여, 중간엽줄기세포또는성체줄기세포를신경세포로분화시키는방법에관한것이다. 또한본 발명은상기방법이적용된의료기기에관한것이다. 본발명에따른자기장을이용한신경세포분화방법및 조성물은저주파수의고강도전자기장을이용하여성체줄기세포를신경세포로분화유도함으로써, 짧은시간의전자기장처리만으로신경세포나신경줄기세포를용이하게분화시킬수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for differentiating mesenchymal stem cells or dental pulp stem cells is provided to induce differentiation in a cheap medium and to treat nerve diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating mesenchymal stem cells or adult stem cells into neural cells comprises a step of treating electric field to the stem cells at 1-1000Hz. The neural cells include astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. The mesenchymal stem cells are derived from bone marrow, adipose, or umbilical cord. The adult stem cells are dental pulp stem cells.
