Abstract translation: 本发明涉及编码具有重复丙氨酸序列的蛋白质的基因，其中丙氨酸氨基酸序列占蛋白质的60％。 本发明还涉及包含该重组载体的重组载体，以及使用其的生产蛋白质的方法。 根据本发明，可有效地大规模生产在大肠杆菌中产生大于或等于60％丙氨酸氨基酸的丙氨酸重复序列的蛋白质。 此外，所生产的蛋白质也表现出优异的活性，因此能够广泛地应用于包括需要防腐技术的领域的行业。

Abstract: A convenient pencil is provided to use the pencil conveniently by making it not necessary to sharpen the pencil with a knife, making a pencil case semi-permanently, and embedding a pencil lead in a pencil holding portion such that it is not necessary to sharpen the pencil lead with a separate knife. A convenient pencil used in a state that the pencil is not sharpened is an unsharpened pencil constructed in such a structure that a pencil lead on which a spiral groove is formed in a permanently used pencil case is moved forward and backward by a rotary motion of a pencil lead transfer part having an inner spiral shape oppositely to that of the pencil case. The convenient pencil comprises a pencil lead having a spiral groove formed on the surface thereof, a pencil lead transfer part embedded in the pencil case itself, and a knife-embedded pencil holding part sharpening the pencil lead.
