Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hybrid freezer having a nitrogen spraying system and an auxiliary freezing apparatus, and more particularly, to a hybrid freezer having a nitrogen spraying system which can be used as an emergency measure able to maintain temperature of the freezer for long hours even in an emergency, such as an occurrence of power failure or mechanical trouble of the freezer in a cryogenic storage having a lower temperature than 30 degrees below zero, and an auxiliary freezing apparatus. The present invention includes a nitrogen supplying device which can cool down the inside of the freezer to a desired temperature within a short period of time by assisting the existing freezer and promptly gives an alarm on extraordinary and emergency situations, and includes various devices for effectively operating the nitrogen supplying device, so that the hybrid freezer can be controlled to use minimum cooling energy sources by calculating the amount of heat required for the economical and effective temperature management inside the freezer not only for the case of normal operation but also for the case of emergency.

PURPOSE: A residual chlorine measuring apparatus using a tip-electrode is provided to quickly and exactly measure a density of chlorine and to reduce maintenance costs by allowing a positive electrode and a negative electrode to be separated from each other. CONSTITUTION: A residual chlorine measuring apparatus using a tip-electrode includes a positive electrode(10), a negative electrode(20), a platinum electrode(30), a silver electrode(40), a density displaying part, an alarm, and a control part. The positive electrode(10) has a positive pole and a coupling groove formed at one side thereof. The negative electrode(10) has a negative pole and a coupling groove formed at one side thereof. The platinum electrode(30) has a coupling protrusion formed at one side thereof and is screw-coupled to the positive groove of the positive electrode(10). The silver electrode(40) has a coupling protrusion formed at one side thereof and is screw-coupled to the negative groove of the negative electrode(20).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for remotely forecasting temperature, green tide, and red tide for each water level using a lidar and a method for remotely forecasting temperature, green tide, and red tide for each water level using a lidar. According to the present invention, by using a lidar to remotely monitor the concentration of chlorophyll a at a coastal water surface and the temperature of seawater (fresh water) at the same time, a more accurate forecast of red tide (greed tide) is possible. By understanding the influence of the concentration of chlorophyll a due to a change in the temperature, an annual trend of green tide and red tide generation can be determined and data on climate change and marine environment change can be obtained. Also, the present invention enables real-time broadband surveillance by which early warning on a frequent occurrence area of red tide and green tide is possible, thereby enabling efficient disaster prevention at an early stage and thus contributing to damage reduction. In addition, the present invention can apply various platforms such as personal carriage, embedding in a ship, and fixing at a coast, and ensure high sensitivity, night surveillance function, real-time monitoring, and broadband scanning investigation.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a surface-expanded spiral wire and the surface-expanded spiral wire manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, a copper wire, which several strands of fine enamel coated wires are twisted at a predetermined pitch, is provided as a Litz wire mainly used in high-frequency equipment. Therefore, the present invention suppresses the increase of AC resistance caused by a skin effect and a proximity effect peculiar to a high frequency, prevents the temperature rise of a coil due to the increase in a surface area, and facilitates high efficiency, a small size, high energy, and high speed for the equipment.

The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a silver-coated and surface-expanded spiral wire for a high efficiency and high frequency transformer and a silver-coated and surface-expanded spiral wire fabricated by the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to fabricate an electronic component which restrains AC resistance from being increased, prevents temperature of a coil and/or a transformer from being increased and enables an electric appliance to have high efficiency, high performance, and a small size, and to be operated at a high speed. In addition, a litz wire having conductivity, enhanced heat resistance, a bright and shiny appearance, and high corrosion resistance can be fabricated.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a surface-expanded helical wire and a surface-expanded helical wire manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, provided is a litz wire which is a copper wire twisting some strands of fine enamel coated wires in a certain pitch and is mainly used for a high frequency apparatus, to inhibit an increase of an AC impedance caused by a specific skin effect and a proximity effect of a high frequency, prevent an increase of the coil temperature by expanding the surface area, and enable an apparatus to have the high efficiency, small size, high energy, and high speed.
