Abstract:
An over air port, an after air port, a boiler, a boiler facility, and operating method of the boiler facility, and an improving method of the boiler facility are provided to reduce the unburned matter and to reduce the density of the NOx and CO by injecting the combustion facilitating air from the after-air port. A boiler is composed of burners(101) placed at the wall of a furnace(113) to burn the fuel; and over-air-ports(100) placed at upper side than the burners and formed with an extension part at the outlet. The two-stage combustion is operated by supplying the over air from the over air ports. A seal medium supplying device is installed to seal the vicinity of the outlet of the over air port with gas or liquid. A seal port is installed at the seal medium supplying device and mounted to supply the seal medium from the extension part of the outlet of the over air port. A seal medium injection hole is installed at the seal port to supply the seal medium along with the wall surface of the extension part of the over air port.

A combustion apparatus having a burner burning a fuel at an air fuel ratio of a stoichiometric ratio or less and an airport supplying a combustion air for filling up the deficiency at the burner, characterized in that a device for supplying a gas for suppressing the formation of nitrogen oxides is provided in a region where the combustion air and a high temperature combustion gas are mixed or in the vicinity of the region; and a window box which is arranged downstream from the burner and has an air port supplying a combustion air for filling up the deficiency at the burner, characterized in that a device for supplying a gas for suppressing the formation of nitrogen oxides is provided in a region where the combustion air and a high temperature combustion gas are mixed or in the vicinity of the region. The above combustion apparatus and window box are advantageously used for suppressing the formation of NOx, even when the mixing of a high temperature combustion gas with air is enhanced for reducing the amount of unburned components.
