Abstract: 본 발명은 음이온이 다량방출되며, 내마모성이 강한 건강마루판 및 그의 제조공정에 관한 것으로, 이를 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 합판과 무늬목 단판을 용도에 맞게 치수별로 절단 및 재단하는 재단단계(A)와, 무늬와 색상을 고려하여 무늬목 단판을 조합하는 조합단계(B)와, 접착제와 음이온이 발생하는 물질인 일라이트와 모나자이트를 혼합한 혼합석을 도포한 합판과 조합된 무늬목을 압착기에 넣어 가열압착하는 가열압착단계(C)와, 가열압착된 반제품을 냉각한 후, 사포기로 표면을 연마하는 연마단계(D)와, 합판표면의 강도 및 색상을 고려하여, UV우레탄수지, 세라믹류, 혼합전기석이 혼합된 도료를 이용하여, WPO(Wood Plastic Overlay)공법으로 하도(e1), 중도(e2), 상도(e3)함으로서, 표면을 강하고 미려하게 도장하는 도장단계(E)와, 도장된 제품을 마루판을 인테리어 하고자 하는 크기에 따라 절단하고, 측면의 맞춤홈 등을 가공하는 가공단계(F)와, 가공된 마루판의 규격, 결함 등을 엄격히 검사하고, 색상별로 선별 검사하는 검사단계(G)와, 정해진 수종, 수량, 규격, 색상, 제조일자 등을 표시하여 포장하는 포장단계(H)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 일라이트와 모나자이트를 혼합한 혼합석에 의하여, 음이온이 다량 발생하여, 공기 중에 존재하는 담배연기, 아황산가스, 질소산화물, 일산화탄소, 오존 및 각종 유기물질 등의 여러 가지 오염물질을 제거하여 정화시킴으로서 쾌적한 실내를 유지할 수 있게 하며, UV우레탄수지, 세라믹류, 혼합전기석이 혼합된 도료의 도장에 의하여 내마모성, 내긁힘성, 내오염성, 내시기성이 등이 월등히 뛰어난 건 강마루판 및 그의 제조공정에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of a concrete ladder is provided to easily construct by fabricating a fixing portion in a concrete structure and a ladder part protruded outside. CONSTITUTION: An assembly type ladder for burying concrete is composed of: a ladder foothold(10) for constituting a ladder, a concrete fixing supporter(30) for fixing the ladder foothold(10) at a concrete structure by combining with the ladder foothold(10) through a combined fixing unit(20) formed at outside, buried together when establishing the concrete structure, a cap(40) for firmly fixing the combined part of the concrete fixing supporter(30) and the ladder foothold(10) by being coupled to the combined fixing unit(20). Herein, a groove(23) is formed, connected to the inside of a main body of the concrete fixing supporter(30). Meanwhile a protrusion having a specific inclined face to the direction of the ladder foothold(10) combined to prevent a separation of the ladder foothold(10) in the groove(23) is formed. Therefore, a cap combined part for fixing is divided and constituted to provide an elastic force to easily combine a stand of the ladder foothold(10).
