Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method for estimating the installation defect of an insulating material using image processing. The system for estimating the installation defect of an insulating material using image processing comprises a terminal for photographing and transmitting the image of an insulating material coated with one or more adhesives and receiving and displaying information on the occurrence of an installation defect of the insulating material; and a defect estimating device for finding the area and center of mass of the applied adhesives by analyzing an image transmitted from the terminal, calculating the area and center of mass of the adhesives after compression using the found area and center of mass of the applied adhesives, and estimating the occurrence of a defect after the installation of the insulating material by comparing the calculated area and center of mass of the adhesives after compression with a reference area and a reference center of mass.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric condenser microphone for a portable device is provided to prevent a distortion of sound for a bass band by removing the frequency band of an inaudible region. CONSTITUTION: A vibration plate(20) is vibrated with an external stimulus. A back plate(30) is arranged in the vibration plate with a separated distance using a space ring(25) as an intermediation. A first capacitor region is formed inside the space ring. A PCB(50) comprises the circuit pattern amplifying the electric signal created from the back plate. The PCB is arranged in the other side of the back plate with a separated distance by the medium of an insulator. The single-side of the PCB facing with the back plate is coated to a metallic foil. The second capacitor region is formed with a uniform distance between the back plate and the PCB by the medium of insulator.

이와 같이 구성된 본 고안에 의하면, 전자찌를 사용하지 않을 경우 배터리로부터 캡을 일일이 분리할 필요 없이 간편하게 캡에 형성된 보조전극과 배터리의 접속전극을 도통하지 않도록 함으로써 사용자에게 편의를 제공할 수 있도록 한다.
