본 고안에 의하면 기존의 바닥판을 제거시킴에 따른 하드 보드지의 절감을 이룰 수 있고, 지지판의 배면으로 코일 와이어가 노출되는 것을 방지하여 배면의 외관을 미려하게 유지할 수 있으며, 탁상에 눕혀 놓고 달력 속지에 메모하는 경우, 달력 속지가 평편하게 유지되어 메모하기 편리한 우수한 효과를 얻게 된다.-

본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 그라비야인쇄기 및 스크린 인쇄기의 일측에다 콘베이어벨트(3)와 호퍼(9)를 설치하여 콘베이어벨트(3)에 놓여져 이동되는 벽지(24)에 유리구슬(19)을 뿌려 벽지(24)의 인쇄무늬에 붙도록함과 동시에 공기분사관(17)으로 공기를 분사하여 인쇄무늬에 붙고 남은 잔여유리구슬을 하방으로 이동시켜 회수할 수 있도록 하고, 히터(6)가 설치된 건조실(5)의 콘베이어벨트에 의하여 건조실을 통과 건조시킬 수 있도록 한 벽지의 유리구슬 접착장치를 제공할 수 있도록 함에 있음.-

Abstract: The appts. for banding and transporting a bundle of packs of machine needles is automated. A conveyor belt(10) is installed at a discharge outlet(4) of the machine needle packing machine. A counting sensor(11) is installed at the discharge portion(12) of the frame(5). A partitioned rotation container(13) having a number of radial partition walls(14) fixed between a pair of circular side plates is installed at the downstream of the conveyor belt so that it may rotate intermittently after the preset number of needle packs are stacked in the partitioned chamber(15). A clamping unit(18) is prepared over the rotation container(13) so as to clamp and transport the stacked needle packs to a banding unit(17).
