Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for reclaiming organic waste in a landfill, reducing volume of the waste by injecting reaction adjuster and microorganisms in the waste to decompose the waste and baling the waste with a synthetic resin film to compress the waste. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of crushing waste(1) using a crusher(2), inputting reaction adjustor(2-1) and microorganisms(2-2) to decompose the waste, baling the waste(1) using a synthetic resin(4-1), and reclaiming the baled waste in a landfill, wherein the reaction adjuster is alkali agent, C/N ratio adjusting agent or other materials expediting or inhibiting metabolism of microorganisms.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of preparing a plasma pyrolysis melting furnace is provided to prevent slag from getting tangled by heating the slag with an induction heater. CONSTITUTION: A torch system is expensive and does not have high thermal efficiency so that it is not economic to feed only heat value. Thus, a low-frequency induction heater(4) is mounted on a plasma pyrolysis reaction furnace to supply heat value from outside. The reaction furnace keeps proper temperature to discharge slag easily.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing coupled semi-jewels is provided to produce unique coupled semi-jewels for couples while not estimating a pattern by adding a small amount of element to slag. CONSTITUTION: A slag is formed in a plasma melting furnace. When a small amount of element such as Ca, Zn, Cd, or Cu is added to the slag, the color of the slag is changed for the element. Herein, the color and the pattern of the slag are varied according to melting temperature, kinds of material, and external condition. When the slag is cut into halves, the cut surfaces contain the same pattern. Herein, the pattern and the color are unique. Thus, the cut slag is polished for being a coupled semi-jewel.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of preparing a vortex plasma torch is provided to reduce entire energy loss by lowering the cooling load of a torch and recycling internal heat. CONSTITUTION: A former plasma torch protects inner devices such as electrodes and each airtight O-ring by cooling heat of plasma flames and radiant heat of a reaction furnace with cooling water. Thus, about 20-50% of heat value of the torch is lost by the cooling water. To solve the problem, an additional pipe is mounted outside the torch to heat pyrolysis reaction gas in the pipe with the high-temperature radiant heat. The plasma flame is controlled through vortex direction, strength and flow speed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A melting furnace is provided to crystallize bones and to cremate a body for a short time by heating with plasma arc in a moment. CONSTITUTION: A melting furnace reduces the spouting velocity of the present plasma torch flame and enlarges a spouting angle. Abstract: PURPOSE: Preparation of a melting furnace is provided to prevent tar from being generated by discharging pyrolysis gas downward and to reduce the danger of gas explosion of a reaction furnace. CONSTITUTION: A pyrolysis gas passes through waste matter in the air to flow into a pyrolysis reaction area. Heat is exchanged between the gas and the waste matter in the waste layer so the temperature of the waste matter as to rise. Thus, partial pyrolysis is performed and a reaction furnace does not avoid the low-temperature pyrolysis reaction. Carbon of hydrocarbon increases through the pyrolysis reaction at a low temperature and tar including oil is generated at the normal temperature. The tar causes the dangerous situation of exploding the pyrolysis gas material. A pyrolysis melting furnace reduces the tar and increases the CO content by directly discharging the pyrolysis gas.
