Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are healthy drink comprising Alismatis Rhizoma extract and its preparation process. The extract of Alismatis Rhizoma has antibacterial activity, antioxidation activity and immuno additivity and is manufactured into tea products. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: adding water to Alismatis Rhizoma, jujube, Lycium chinense Mill, and Schisandra chinensis BAILL to extract them at 70-90 deg.C for 4-7 hours twice; concentrating the extracts; mixing 2.0+-3.0g/100mL of Alismatis Rhizoma extract, 1.0-2.0g/100mL of jujube extract, 0.1-1.0 g/100mL of Lycium chinense Mill, and 0.1-0.5g/mL of Schisandra chinensis BAILL with 1.0-2.0g/100mL of apple juice, 0.01-0.1g/100mL of citric acid, 0.01-0.05g/mL of vitamin C, 10-15g/100mL of liquid fructose and 1.0-5.0g/mL of starch syrup; adding 0.05-0.15g/100mL of flavoring agents then water to the mixture; membrane filtering the mixture with membrane filtration of 1micro filter; sterilizing the filtrate a 70-100 deg.C then filling it into a vessel; sterilizing it at 60-90 deg.C then manufacturing it into a healthy drink product.

Alismatis Rhizoma has excellent antibacterial activity, antioxidation effect and immuno activity. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of; soaking rice in water then steaming it; inoculating Aspergillus awamori thereinto then culturing them at 30-55 deg.C to manufacture koji; supplying water to the koji then followed by inoculating yeast into and fermenting it to prepare raw spirit; soaking Alismatis Rhizoma then steaming it: mixing the steamed Alismatis Rhizoma with the first-fermentate and water; fermenting the mixture at 20-40 deg.C then followed by filtering and sterilizing it; and adding sugar thereto at 2-7%.

CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of Alismatis Rhizoma tea comprises the steps of: drying Alismatis Rhizoma then roasting it at 150-160 deg.C for 30-60 minutes in a drum with rotating at 20 rpm; packing roasted Alismatis Rhizoma with Al-foil to manufacture the tea product drinkable; or grinding the roasted Alismatis Rhizoma in a size of 20-45 mesh then packing it in a tea bag to manufacture the tea product to be infused.
