Abstract: 본발명은정수장의저수조나침전조및 방류조등의모래나자갈을세척하기위한이동식차량용정수장의여과사세척장치에관한것으로, 특히, 여과사를일련의연속적인처리과정을통하여효과적으로여과사를재생처리하고, 여과사를세척하기위하여사용한염소나오존과같은세척수를재이용할수 있도록한 이동식차량용여과사세척장치에관한것이다. 종래일반적인정수장의여과사는저수조나침전조나방류조등에굵은자갈, 작은자갈, 굵은모래, 고운모래가단계적으로층을이루도록하여여과를실현하거나, 경우에따라서는자갈과모래가혼재된상태로여과층을형성하였다. 이같은종래의여과층의형성과는별개로여과기능을상실한여과사를일정한주기로교체해야충분한여과기능이유지되는데, 종래의경우여과사를일괄폐기하고새로운여과사를충진하는방법을일반적으로채택하였다. 따라서, 여과사의수명이끝날때마다여과사를새로채워넣기위해서는해안등으로부터막대한양의여과사를채굴해야하고, 이로인해해안침식등 자연환경을크게훼손하는문제점을야기시켰다. 또한, 종래에는정수장의여과사를자동으로처리할수 있는이동식차량을이용한여과사세척장치는소개되지않고있으며, 더욱이세척효율을높혀주는와류를형성하는탱크의구조는소개되지않고있다. 본발명은이같은종래의문제점을개선하기위하여, 이동식차량에탑재하여여과사를일련의연속공정에의하여재생처리할수 있도록함과동시에, 여과사세척에사용한염소나오존과같은세척수를재순환하여반복적으로사용할수 있도록한 것이다.
