Abstract:
Provided is a cell culture testing device based on microfludic multi-well units, the device comprising a plurality of array structures of arranged microfludic multi-well units wherein the microfludic multi-well unit has an injection unit in which a first fluid is injected; a receiving unit for receiving a second fluid; a fine fluid channel in which the first fluid flows; and an air discharging unit which is allowed to easily inject the first fluid.

PURPOSE: A microstructure for capturing and releasing microorganisms is provided to capture low-concentration unknown bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A microstructure for capturing and releasing microorganisms has a microstructure with a surface on which one or more microorganisms are attached, and a mannose-binding lectin is applied on the microstructure. The microstructure further comprises a carboxyl group. [Reference numerals] (AA) Microstructure; (BB) Bacteria
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A RAST system is provided to sharply reduce an amount of cells and drugs which are necessary for a doping test and obtain a doping test result within 2 hours by rapidly tracking the difference in growth of a single cell. CONSTITUTION: A biological activity test structure is equipped with a solid film which is manufactured by gelling liquid medium containing hardening agents. The biological activity test structure comprises: a light-transmissive body portion; at least one micro well which is formed in the light-transmissive body portion; and the thin solid film which is equipped in the micro well and fixes biological material. The biological activity test structure is combinable with multi-well plates. At least one micro well of the light-transmissive body portion is corresponded to at least one well of the multi-well plates when the biological activity test structure is bonded with the multi-well plates. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A test method using fixation of a biological substance and diffusion of a physiologically active substance is provided to largely reduce the amount of a drug and cells for a drug test, and to quickly trace single cell growth. CONSTITUTION: A physiological activity test method is performed by observing response of a biological substance with respect to a physiologically active substance. The method comprises the steps of: providing a mixture solution of the biological substance and a liquid medium containing a solidifying agent to a substrate for thin film formation (S1); solidifying the mixture solution and forming a biological substance-fixed solid thin film (S2); supplying the physiologically active substance to the solid thin film to diffuse the physiologically active substance into the solid thin film (S3); and determining minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the physiologically active substance based on a result obtained by imaging individual response of single cells of the biological substance with respect to the physiologically active substance. [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S1) Provide a mixture solution of a biological substance and a liquid medium containing a solidifying agent to a substrate; (S2) Form a biological substance-fixed solid thin film by solidifying the mixture solution; (S3) Diffuse a physiologically active substance into the solid thin film; (S4) Observe the reaction of the biological substance with respect to the physiologically active substance
