Abstract: A defroster of a refrigerant circuit is provided to prevent pressure reversion of discharging and sucking in a second compression element by installing a two-step compression type compressor of intermediate pressure. A defroster of a refrigerant circuit comprises an electric motor element(14) inside an airtight container(12), first and second compression elements(32,34) driven by the electric motor element, a compressor(10), a gas cooler, a decompression device, an evaporator, a defrosting circuit, and a passage control device. The compressor discharges refrigerant gas compressed in the first compression element to the airtight container, and compresses the discharged refrigerant gas of intermediate gas in the second compression element. The refrigerant discharged from the second compression element is flowed into the gas cooler. The decompression device is contacted to an outlet of the gas cooler. The defrosting circuit supplies the refrigerant discharged from the first compression element to the evaporator without decompression. The passage control device controls circulation of the refrigerant in the defrosting circuit. The first compression element compresses the refrigerant from the evaporator.

Abstract: A compressor is provided to improve the space utilization and to prevent interference of each refrigerant pipe by contacting refrigerant pipes of first and second compression elements to an airtight container. A compressor(10) comprises an electric motor element(14) inside a sealed container, and first and second compression elements(32,34) driven by the electric motor element, and refrigerant pipes(92,94,96). The refrigerant pipes induce a refrigerant to the first compression element, refrigerant gas of intermediate pressure compressed from the first compression element to the second compression element, and discharge high pressure gas compressed from the second compression element. The refrigerant pipes of the first and second compression elements are contacted with an airtight container, and are processed toward the opposite direction from the airtight container.

Abstract: A rotary compressor is provided to prevent the performance deterioration of a plug by setting a gap between a cylinder and a sealed casing smaller than the distance between an O-ring and a sealed casing side end of the plug. A rotary compressor(10) comprises a sealed casing(12) which includes a motor(14) and first and second rotating compression elements(32,34), cylinders(38,40), support members(54,56), discharge noise chambers(62,64) formed on the support members respectively, and covers(66,68) installed on the support members respectively. Gas compressed by the first rotating compression element is discharged into the sealed casing and the discharged gas having intermediate pressure is compressed in the second rotating compression element. The support member closes an opening of the cylinder and has a shaft support. The discharge noise chambers are in communication with the inside of the cylinder. The cover closes an opening of the discharge noise chamber. The cylinder, the support member and the cover are coupled to each other through a main bolt(129). The cylinder and the support member are coupled to each other through an auxiliary bolt.

Abstract: A rotary compressor is provided to improve sealing property of the compressor by installing an O-ring between a plug and an accommodation part for a spring member. A rotary compressor(10) comprises a sealed casing(12) which includes a motor(14) and first and second rotating compression elements(32,34), cylinders(38,40), an intermediate partition plate(36) interposed between the cylinders, support members(54,56), and an oil hole. A supply passage is formed in the intermediate partition plate so that the oil hole is in communication with an intake shaft of the second rotating compression element. Gas compressed by the first rotating compression element is discharged into the sealed casing and then the discharged gas having intermediate pressure is compressed in the second rotating compression element. Abstract: PURPOSE: A compressor, a method for manufacturing the compressor, a defroster of a refrigerant circuit, and a refrigeration unit are provided to prevent deterioration of performance following plug fixing carried out to prevent the falling-off of a spring member. CONSTITUTION: A rotary compressor(10) comprises a cylinder constituting a rotary compression element; a roller(46) engaged with an eccentric portion formed in a rotary shaft(16) of an electric element(14), and eccentrically rotated in the cylinder; a vane abutted on the roller to divide the inside of the cylinder into a low pressure chamber side and a high pressure chamber side; a spring member for always elastically pressing the vane to the roller side; a housing portion of the spring member, formed in the cylinder, and opened to the vane side and a hermetically sealed container(12) side; a plug positioned in the hermetically sealed container side of the spring member, and inserted into the housing portion to fit into a gap; and an O-ring attached around the plug to seal a part between the plug and the housing portion. A space between the cylinder and the hermetically sealed container is set smaller than a distance from the O-ring to an end of the plug on the hermetically sealed container side.
