본 발명은 적층형 전자부품 제조를 위한 그라비아 인쇄방치 및 그라비아 인쇄장치를 이용한 적층형 전자부품에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 적층형 전자부품용 그라비아 인쇄장치는 외주면에 복수개의 셀 패턴이 형성된 그라비아 롤; 상기 그라비아 롤의 일부분이 침지되도록 형성되며, 상기 그라비아 롤이 회전하면 셀 패턴에 인쇄 매체가 공급되는 공급 용기; 및 그라비아 롤과 피인쇄 시트를 사이에 두고 일부분이 접촉하여 회전하며, 회전에 따라 피인쇄 시트를 이동시키는 가압롤;을 포함하고, 복수 개의 셀 패턴은 인쇄 방향으로 일직선 상에 나열되는 복수 개의 물결 형상 격벽으로 구획된다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A gravure engraving roll which can be used in manufacturing of multi-layered ceramic capacitor(MLCC) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance durability and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A gravure engraving roll (1) comprises a base layer(20) and a reinforcing coating layer(100). The gravure printing pattern is formed on the base layer. The reinforcing coating layer is coated on the base layer. The reinforcing coating layer comprises a first reinforcing layer(110), a second reinforcing layer(170), a first adhesive layer(130), and a second adhesive layer(150). The first reinforcing layer is formed on the base layer in a wet plating mode. The second reinforcing layer composes the external side of the reinforcing coating layer. The first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are arranged between the first reinforcing layer and the second reinforcing layer. The first adhesive layer provides adhesive force to the surface of the first reinforcing layer.

PURPOSE: A gravure printing device is provided to print electronic patterns using an platen roll in the state a printing sheet is closely adhered to a gravure roll by uniform pressure. CONSTITUTION: A gravure printing device comprises a chamber(120), a gravure roll(140), a platen roll(160), and a driving unit(180). The chamber accepts a printing paste. The gravure roll is dipped in a part of the printing paste and patterns are formed in the external surface of the gravure roll. The platen roll is the printing sheet where the patterns are printed to the gravure roll by being closely adhered to the gravure roll. The driving unit is connected to the platen roll, thereby making the printing sheet to be closely adhered to the gravure roll. The diameter of the platen roll gets smaller from the central part of a longitudinal direction to edges when the printing sheet is pressed to the gravure roll side by the driving unit so that the printing sheet contacts to the gravure roll.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a laminated ceramic electronic component is provided to uniformly manufacture the thickness of an electrode formed on a ceramic green sheet by using a gravure printing method. CONSTITUTION: An electrode is printed on a green sheet with a gravure printing method. A pattern cell(2) is included at the outer circumference of a printing roll(1) and prints the electrode. A ceramic laminated body is prepared by laminating a plurality of ceramic sheets. The ceramic laminated body is compressed. The size of a micro cell(3B) comprising a center unit of the pattern cell is larger than the size of a micro cell(3A) comprising a side unit of the pattern cell.

PURPOSE: A gravure printing apparatus is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by preventing the waste of printing paste used for a defective part and to enhance product reliability by preventing the occurrence of product failure due to printing defects. CONSTITUTION: A gravure printing apparatus(1) comprises a gravure roll(10), a feed roll(20), a defect detecting unit(30), and a separating unit(40). The conductive pasted is applied on the circumference of the gravure roll. The gravure roll prints an electrode pattern on a printing sheet, which moves at a high speed. The feed roll is arranged to face the gravure roll through the printing sheet. The feed roll applies pressure so that the printing sheet makes tight contact with the gravure roll. The defect detecting unit detects the defect of the printing sheet before the electrode pattern is printed on the printing sheet. The separating unit separates/connects the feed roll and the gravure roll.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for calendaring a pattern of a substrate is provided to reduce roughness of the pattern unit of the substrate by performing a drying operation and a calendaring process. CONSTITUTION: A dry zone has a dryer unit(162). The dryer unit outputs heating wind or cooling wind. A substrate is transferred to the dry zone. The substrate includes a pattern. A calendaring roller(166) is arranged within the dry zone. The calendaring roller calendars the pattern of the substrate. A gas measuring unit(164) is arranged within the dry zone and measures a gas element generated from the substrate.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for removing dust are provided to prevent dust generated during a laser marking process from being positioned on a green sheet and an electrode pattern, by using a blower and a magnetic substance. A laser unit(230) performs a laser marking process on a metal layer(220a) formed on a green sheet(210), thereby forming an electrode pattern(220). A magnetic substance is moved in a horizontal direction of the green sheet along the laser unit. The magnetic substance collects dust of the metal layer, which is generated during the laser marking process, using a magnetic field. A blower unit(240) is disposed at one side of the green sheet, wherein the blower unit removes the dust by generating gas flow.
