Abstract: 본 발명은 시그마 델타 변조 방식에서 피드백 루프의 지연시간을 단축하여 고속 변환 동작을 제공하는 고속 변환기능을 갖는 아날로그 디지털 변환기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 아날로그 신호 및 피드백된 아날로그 신호를 복수의 스위칭 신호에 따라 스위칭하여 저장하고, 저장된 아날로그 신호를 적분하는 적분부와, 상기 적분부로부터의 적분된 아날로그 신호를 복수의 비트로 이루어진 디지털 신호로 양자화하는 양자화부와, 상기 양자화부로부터의 디지털 신호를 소정의 기준신호에 따라 다단계 비트 쉬프팅 과정을 통해 평균화하는 데이터 가중 평균화부와, 상기 데이터 가중 평균화부로부터의 디지털 신호의 전류 레벨을 소정의 기준신호에 따라 사전에 설정된 전류 레벨로 변환하는 제1 레지스터부와, 상기 제1 레지스터부로부터의 디지털 신호를 스위칭 신호에 따라 스위칭하여 상기 피드백 아날로그 신호로 변환하는 DA변환부를 포함한다.

Abstract: A socket mounting structure in a semiconductor package is disclosed. The socket mounting structure in a semiconductor package comprises: a socket body; a substrate coupled to the socket body to be accommodated in the socket body; a semiconductor chip mounted on the substrate; and a socket cover which covers the socket body and evenly pressurizes the whole substrate. The socket mounting structure can reduce damage to parts due to pressure of the cover since the cover uniformly applies a force to the whole substrate accommodated in the socket body.
