Abstract: 카메라 모듈을 구비한 이동통신 단말기에서의 피사체의 움직임에 따라 촬영을 제어할 수 있는 촬영방법 및 촬영장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기에서의 촬영방법은, 피사체를 촬영하여 현재프레임을 생성하고, 생성된 현재프레임에 블러링이 발생하였는지 여부를 판단하여 블러링이 발생하지 않은 경우 현재프레임의 움직임 변화량을 측정하고, 측정된 움직임 변화량이 기 저장된 기준변화량보다 크면 현재프레임을 저장한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A photographing method of a mobile communications terminal with a camera module and a photographing device thereof are provided to prevent a photo taken before the motion of a subject is finished from being stored by determining a blurring phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device of a mobile communications terminal with a camera module includes a control part. The control part produces a current frame by photographing a subject(S94). The control part determines generation of blurring on the current frame(S96). When the blurring is not occurred, the control part measures motion variation of the current frame(S98). The control part compares the motion variation and the reference variation(S100). The control part stores the current frame as a photo file when the motion variation is bigger than the reference variation(S102).
