Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for arranging user interface objects and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily select user interface objects even with a single hand grabbing a portable touch screen device, by arranging the user interface objects to be pushed to one side when the portable device is tilted. CONSTITUTION: A control part checks if a tilt, lowering one side, occurs at step 301. If the one side lowering tilt is detected, the control part checks as which of the following a portable touch screen device is preset by a user at step 303: right-handed, left-handed, or both-handed. If the device is set as both-handed, the control part controls user interface objects so that they are arranged to be pushed to the lowering side, or on the contrary, to be pushed to the rising side, at step 305. If the device is set as right-handed, the control part controls the user interface objects so that they are arranged to be pushed to the right side of the touch screen, at step 307. If the device is set as left-handed, the control part controls the user interface objects so that they are arranged to be pushed to the left side of the touch screen, at step 309. If the control part detects that the tilt is canceled at step 311, the control part restores the original arrangement of the user interface objects at step 313. If the user selects a corresponding user interface object, the control part will take a step converting to a screen for a corresponding operation between the step 307 and step 311. Abstract: A deposition equipment that reduces time required for cleaning the process chamber and minimizes deposition of a deposition gas or a reaction byproduct onto a fixing member for fixing a deposition prevention member caused by a vortex flow by smoothly flowing a fluid within the process chamber when proceeding a process or cleaning the inside of a process chamber is provided. A deposition equipment(1) comprises: a process chamber(100) to which an exhaust pipe(120) is connected; a holding member(200) disposed within the process chamber to hold a substrate; a process gas supply member(300) for supplying a process gas onto the substrate put on the holding member; a deposition prevention member(500) positioned on the edge of the substrate when proceeding a process to prevent the process gas from being supplied to the edge of the substrate put on the holding member; and a fixing member(600) disposed in a way that the fixing member surrounds the deposition prevention member to support the deposition prevention member, wherein the fixing member has a guiding face formed on an upper surface thereof in such a manner that height of the guiding face is increased as it goes from the inner side to the outer side of the guiding face so as to prevent generation of a vortex flow on the fixing member.
