Abstract: 본 발명은 이동통신시스템에서 수신된 음성신호의 특정 주파수 대역만을 가변적으로 제어하는 장치 및 방법을 제공하는 것으로, 인간의 청력 특성에 따른 보상 필터를 구현하여 특정 주파수 대역을 보상하는 것이다.
이러한 본 발명은 수신된 음성 신호에 대응하여 가청이 가능한 주파수로 변경하기 위한 모드를 선택하는 신호를 수신하고, 상기 선택된 모드에 따라 보상 필터에 제어 신호를 인가하여 상기 수신된 음성 신호의 가청이 불가능한 주파수 대역을 가청이 가능한 주파수로 보상함을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 인간의 노화에 따른 또는 개인별 청각 특성에 따른 보상을 통해 좋은 음성 서비스를 제공하는 효과를 가진다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for supplying service mobility to a subscriber and a system therefor are provided to supply an instance reference stored in a reference manager to an outer network application program at the request of the outer network program, thereby providing the same service in different networks. CONSTITUTION: An application program(220) requests references for framework SCFs(Service Capability Features) of framework SCF reference managers(215). An IpAccess(230) searches the references stored in the framework SCF reference managers(215), and supplies the searched references to the application program(220). The application program(220) requests distributed framework SCFs to give a service by using reference values provided from the framework SCF reference managers(215).
