Abstract:
검사시간을 단축하는 플래시 메모리 테스터 및 이를 이용한 전기적 검사방법에 관해 개시한다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 병렬 검사가 가능한 반도체 메모리 테스터에 존재하는 제1 메모리에 추가로 제2 메모리를 설치하고, 제1 메모리 및 제2 메모리를 이용하여 여러 개의 피검사소자내의 동일 주소에 각각 다른 데이터를 전송시켜 직렬검사 항목인 트림 검사(Trim test), 리페어 검사(Repair test) 및 인밸리드 블록 마스킹 검사(Invalid block masking test)를 병렬로 검사한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An expert system for deciding a bad HDD(Hard Disc Drive) and a method for the same are provided to analyze a cause of a bad HDD in a HDD manufacturing process by using an expert system for deciding the bad HDD. CONSTITUTION: A rule file(51) forms a repairing decision procedure and describes a signal/branch relationship of each procedure. An inference engine(50) performs a bad decision process by analyzing the rule file(51). A pattern recognition portion(56) recognizes a distribution form of defects on a disc by analyzing a defect coordinates file. A defect information extraction module(52) extracts HDD data from an object HDD. A badness verification module(54) executes a test program for diagnosing and verifying a state of the HDD. A medium file(55) stores temporarily the information of the defect information extraction module(52) and the badness verification module(54). The defect information extraction module(52) and the badness verification module(54) are interfaced with the inference engine(50) and the pattern recognition portion(56) by the medium file(55).

각각 캐버티가 형성된 상부 체이스와 하부 체이스, 상부 체이스가 결합되어 있는 상부 금형, 하부 체이스가 결합되어 있는 하부 금형, 상부 금형에 이젝트 핀 하강 스토퍼에 의해 소정의 거리를 갖도록 하여 결합되어 있는 드라이브 플래이트, 및 드라이브 플래이트에 결합되어 하강되어 상부 체이스의 캐버티 내로 돌출되는 이젝트 핀을 갖는 반도체 칩 패키지 몰딩 장치에 있어서, 상기 드라이브 플래이트에 감지 수단이 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감지 수단을 갖는 반도체 칩 패키지 몰딩 장치를 제공함으로써, 이젝트 핀 돌출 높이의 불량으로 인하여 몰딩 공정에서 발생되는 품질 불량의 발생을 방지하여 반도체 칩 패키지 몰딩 공정의 신뢰성을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

멀티 채널의 오디오 출력이 가능한 오디오 출력 장치 및 이를 적용한 디스플레이 장치가 개선된다. 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 장치는 영상 데이터를 디스플레이하는 디스플레이부 및 저음 대역 및 중고음 대역의 오디오 신호를 출력하는 복수의 일체형 스피커를 포함하며, 복수의 일체형 스피커 각각은, 저음 대역의 오디오 신호를 출력하는 우퍼 스피커 및 우퍼 스피커와 인접하여 중고음 대역의 오디오 신호를 출력하는 적어도 하나의 전면 스피커를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 단일의 스피커를 통해 멀티 채널의 오디오 신호를 출력함으로써, 사용자의 청취 위치 및 디스플레이 장치와 뒷벽 간의 거리에 상관없이 저역 손실이 없는 고음질의 음향을 제공할 수 있다.

A system for interactive class support and university graduate management comprises a first device and a second device. The first device generates a class; uploads materials necessary for the class to a server; sets students who participate in the class; makes a student group; and manages university graduates and the information of the university graduates. The second device submits a homework paper and a test by using the materials generated by the first device. The first device corrects the homework paper and the test and stores the correction contents in the server. The second device receives the correction contents from the first device. PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method of a portable terminal for performing a communication with a device which supports a MTP[Media Transmission Protocol] is provided to perform a mutual communication by simulating the device with a moving disk. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal includes a controller(501). The controller includes a UMS[Universal Mass Storage] simulator module(502), a MTP function module(503), and a MRP driver module(504). The UMS simulator module simulates a device with another device and receives a request about a specific command from an application. The MTP function module performs a communication with a device, converts a specific command into data in order to transmit the specific command to the device, converts the data into a specific command in order to confirm data, and parses data which is received from the device. The MTP function module converts a command into a matched MRP function, confirms the MTP function, and generates data to transmit to a device. The MTP driver module is connected to a device, confirms the MTP support of the device, and performs a handshaking for the MTP recognition of the device. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A test method of a multi-chip package using a monitor burn-in tester is provided to reduce test time and increase test efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A multi-chip package having at least two semiconductor devices, is tested by using a monitor burn-in tester. One test program is used for carrying out the multi-chip package test. Each semiconductor device is sequentially carried out with the test after contacting a plurality of test pins to the semiconductor devices(100,200,400,600). The test program has a multiplexer control function capable of selecting all the multiplexer functions included to the semiconductor devices. The test program includes an input/output masking function for masking the input/output port of a test board unused by the different input/output ports of the semiconductor devices.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for transferring a lead frame is provided to transfer lead frames of different width by one apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for transferring a lead frame comprises a first fixed frame, a first moving frame and a regulator. The first fixed frame is installed on an upper face of a moving block to support one length-directional side of a first lead frame. The first moving frame opposite to the first fixed frame supports the other length-direction side of the first lead frame. The regulator regulates a distance between the first fixed frame and first moving frame according to width of the first lead frame. Thereby, the apparatus is able to transfer lead frames of different width.
