The present invention relates to a method for managing an application and an electronic device thereof. A method for managing the application of an electronic device includes a process of deleting an application, a process of detecting an icon edit mode entry, and a process of displaying the icon of the deleted application in the icon edit mode. Therefore, applications deleted in an electronic device are easily checked and the deleted applications can be easily reinstalled.

PURPOSE: A disk for a chemical vapor deposition device is provided to reduce the wavelength dispersion of a light emitting diode device by preventing a temperature difference between the edge and the center of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A mounter(110) includes a trench(110b) and a support unit which supports a substrate. The trench is arranged along the frame of the support unit and corresponds to the edge of a plate. A sidewall unit(120) is arranged along the outside of the mounter. The trench is formed on the upper side of the disk. The support unit has a constant curvature and a recessed shape. The trench is extended to the outer end of the sidewall unit of the disk.

PURPOSE: A wafer for semiconductor growth and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device using the same are provided to manufacture a semiconductor device simple and efficiently by making the loading and unloading of the wafer in a semiconductor deposition apparatus. CONSTITUTION: In a wafer for semiconductor growth and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device using the same, a main body(10a) has a first side(11), a second side(12), and an outer circumference(13). A main body comprises a protrusion(10b) formed in the outer circumference. A first side is provided to the epitaxial-growth side in a semiconductor deposition process. The second side is contacted to the top side of the semiconductor deposition apparatus. A wafer transfer unit loads a wafer for semiconductor growth in the top side of the semiconductor deposition apparatus.

A lamp socket, a backlight assembly including the same and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) including the same are provided to simplify its assembling and be applied to an LCD of various specifications as reducing a manufacturing unit cost by reducing a manufacturing cost. A housing(210) is made from insulating material. A lamp connection terminal(214) is formed in an upper part of the housing and electrically connected with a lamp. A power connection terminal(216) is formed in a lower part of the housing and electrically connected with an inverter PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A supporter(220) is formed in a side wall of the housing. An engaging fixing unit(222) is formed in the side wall of the housing as forming a couple with the supporter.
