Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a baking machine which improves locking structure of a door to simplify locking structure of the door and reduce production cost so that it improves products' reliability. CONSTITUTION: In the baking machine which includes a main body which forms an oven room and a hook groove at front side; and the door which rotates the front aperture of the oven room to open or close, the baking machine is characterized by comprising the parts of: a hook combination member(53) which is slid into the door and possibly moved with including a hook(57) to lock and unlock at a hook groove; and a spring(65) which is combined with one side of the hook combination member to move the hook combination member in location direction of the hook elastically.
