PURPOSE: A terminal for managing PHD(Personal Health Device) standard and nonstandard data and a server thereof are provided to integrate a PHD nonstandard sensor and an additional user input signal with PHD standard data, thereby efficiently recognizing the health condition of a user. CONSTITUTION: A first sensor unit(210) outputs PHD standard data following a PHD standard by sensing a biosignal. At least a single second sensor unit(220) outputs PHD nonstandard data which does not follow the PHD standard. A control unit(230) generates a first data field area based on the PHD standard data. PURPOSE: A method for providing an UPnP connected health service is provided to efficiently performing a service application while reducing infra installation costs by reusing existing intra. CONSTITUTION: A health CP detects and recognizes a health sensor device and a gateway device through an UPnP discovery and description process. The health CP calls a ConnectionSettingAction to the health sensor device and gateway device in order to establishing a network connection. The health CP executes a health service within the health sensor device. The health sensor device delivers the measured data to the gateway device.

CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives SGDD(Service Guide Delivery Descriptor) from BSDA. In case the business carrier ID is searched, the terminal extracts the list of the terminal type from the device category information of SGDD. A terminal indicates a terminal type to a user(405). A user defined bundle is included in a user defined bundle subscription request message. The user defined bundle subscription request message is transmitted to a BSM(BCAST Subscription Management)(303). It is determined whether a message received from the BSM is a purchase inquiry request message or a user defined bundle subscription response message. If the message is the purchase inquiry request message, a purchase inquiry response message including an answer about whether to allow purchase is generated from a user and transmitted to the BSM.
