Abstract: PURPOSE: A content recommendation device and method thereof is provided to enable a user to easily search for desired information according to their situation and preference reflected by a web log and a phone log. CONSTITUTION: A history information recording unit(110) records user history information of a personal communication terminal which can perform a mobile communication or a web browsing service. A recommending content extracting unit(120) forms preference information of a user by using the user history information.
