Abstract: PURPOSE: A display device is provided to maximize heat radiation effects and to lighten the display device. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate panel (20) is positioned on the back of a display panel in order to prevent the display panel from being deformed and damaged. A bracket (40) includes a first connecting part which is connected to the intermediate panel, and a second connecting part which protrudes forward from the first connecting part and joins the display panel and the intermediate panel. The bracket has a guide groove on the back of the second connecting part. A side cover (50) includes a frame, support, and guide rib. The frame is located outside of the display panel and bracket in order to form the side exterior of the display device. The support extends from the frame and supports the bracket. The guide rib, which protrudes forward from the support, is connected to the guide groove. A rear cover (60), which is located on the back of the intermediate panel, forms the back exterior of the display device.
