Abstract: PURPOSE: An operating method of a ring topology memory system is provided to reduce a processing speed of whole operation of a memory system by delaying the performance of the new operation of a memory device until another memory device is completed. CONSTITUTION: A memory controller(10) is connected with a first memory device(100) through first and second links(20,30). A second memory device(200) provides a memory system placed on the first link, the first memory device starts first operation, and the first link is used for a communication route between the first memory device and the memory controller.
