Abstract: A method and a system for forming an image of XHTML(eXtensible HyperText Markup Language)-print data are provided to output the image by adding a desired effect to an image output request of the XHTML-printer data ordered from each device forming the network with an image forming device. Abstract: An apparatus and a method for processing an image of in image forming device are provided to prevent the waste of toner or ink to print an undesired text part. When there is no remove request related to a text included in an image to be printed, a control member(100) controls an image converting member(120) so that the image including the text is converted as the printable data. The control member performs the detection of an edge. If a start portion of a text region is detected, the detection process of the text region is stopped, the image region having the edge is provided to the image converting member.
