Abstract: PURPOSE: A voice announcement method in a portable phone using an ear-microphone is provided so that a user can receive voice information from a portable phone, connected with an external earphone unit, using the button of the external earphone unit. CONSTITUTION: In an idle state, a control part in a portable phone checks whether the button of an external earphone unit is pushed(3a). If the button is pushed, the control part confirms again whether the button was pushed(3b). In case that it is judged that the button was pushed, the control part receives time information from a clock part(3c). Then the control part reads necessary voice data from an announcement voice memory, based on the received time information, and transfers the read voice data to a voice processing part so that a time voice announcement message can be made(3d).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种使用耳麦的便携式电话中的语音播报方法，使得用户可以使用外部耳机单元的按钮从与外部耳机单元连接的便携式电话接收语音信息。 构成：在空闲状态下，便携式电话中的控制部件检查是否按下了外部耳机单元的按钮（3a）。 如果按下按钮，则控制部件再次确认按钮是否被按下（3b）。 在判断按钮被按下的情况下，控制部分从时钟部分（3c）接收时间信息。 然后，控制部分根据接收到的时间信息从通告语音存储器中读取必要的语音数据，并将读取的语音数据传送到语音处理部分，从而可以做出时间语音通知消息（3d）。

다. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
밧데리와, 피트백전압에 의해 상기 밧데리에서 공급받은 전원을 변환시켜 출력하는 디씨-디씨 컨버터와, 상기 디씨-디씨 컨버터의 출력단에 연결되어 상기 디씨-디씨 컨버터에서 출력된 전압을 받아 동작하는 파워앰프와 다수의 선형 레귤레이터를 구비한 휴대용 무선 통신 단말기에서 송신출력레벨에 따라 절전하는 회로에 있어서, 상기 디씨-디씨 컨버터에 연결되어 소정의 제어를 받아 상기 디씨-디씨 컨버터의 출력전원을 조절하는 상기 피드백전압을 출력하는 컨버터 출력전원 조절부와, 송신모드이면 수신된 신호에서 전계지역을 판정하여 송신출력레벨을 설정하여 상기 컨버터 출력전원 조절부로 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
