Abstract: 본 발명은 드럼세탁기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 드럼세탁기의 드럼 내에 있는 이물질이 세탁 및 탈수과정 중에 터브와 드럼 사이에 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 것으로, 드럼의 전면부의 길이를 종래보다 길게하여 드럼 전면에 형성된 드럼개구부가 터브 전면에 형성된 터브개구부 보다 상기 케이스 전면 측으로 더 길게 연장되도록 형성하여 세탁 및 탈수과정 중에 이물질이 드럼과 터브 사이로 유입되는 것을 방지하여 소음을 줄이고 드럼과 터브 등의 부품이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 드럼세탁기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이다.

Abstract: A drum type washing machine is provided to increase the satisfaction feeling and reliability of the product and stably fix the door locking switch at the front of the casing by precluding the screw from being exposed to the outside of the cover member. A drum type washing machine comprises a casing(10) formed with a laundry inlet part at the front; a door rotatably mounted at the casing and combined with a hanging member at the rear; a door locking switch(50) placed at the casing; a combining member combined with the door locking switch at the casing; and a cover member(30) mounted at the casing to preclude the combining member from being exposed to the outside of the casing. The combining member is a screw(60). The cover member contains a center hole(38) formed at the center to freely pass through the hanging member of the door, and screw holes(36) formed at the rear to be combined with one end of the screw.

Abstract: A drum-type washing machine is provided to simplify a structure of a detergent supply device and facilitate the feed of a detergent by integrally combining a detergent containing unit with a transparent member in a door. A drum-type washing machine comprises: a body(10) having an opening(13); a door(30) for opening and closing the opening of the body, and having transparent members(32,33) allowing a user to watch the inside of the body; a detergent containing unit(40) mounted at the transparent member of the door; a water tank(11) installed in the body; a rotary drum(12) mounted in the water tank; and a water supply device(14a,14b) bringing water to the detergent containing unit. The detergent containing unit has an outlet(41) guiding water to the inside of the rotary drum. The transparent member and the detergent containing unit are integrally formed.
