본 발명은 다중 입출력(MIMO : Multiple Input Multiple Output) 무선통신 시스템에 관한 것으로, 송신단은, 송신 패킷 대한 ACK(ACKnowledge) 메시지 또는 NAK(Non-AcKnowledge) 메시지를 수신하는 수신기와, 상기 ACK 메시지 또는 NAK 메시지에 따라 송신하기 위해 저장된 패킷의 재전송 오더(Retransmission Order)를 갱신하고, 상기 갱신된 패킷 재전송 오더를 이용하여 송신할 패킷을 선택하는 선택기와, 상기 송신할 패킷들을 저장하고, 상기 선택기에 의해 선택된 패킷을 출력하는 버퍼와, 상기 버퍼로부터의 패킷들을 각각 대응되는 안테나를 통해 송신하는 송신기를 포함하여, 송신 패킷들의 재전송 오더 조합을 시스템 주도적으로 결정함으로써, 초기 전송 패킷의 복호 성공 확률이 증가되어 시스템 성능이 향상된다. 다중 입출력(MIMO : Multiple Input Multiple Output), HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest), 재전송 오더(Retransmission Order), 간섭 제거(IC : Interference Cancellation)

A thin film transistor substrate and method of manufacturing a thin film transistor substrate through a 3-sheet mask process includes forming a first conductive film on a substrate; forming a gate line including a gate electrode using a first photoresist film pattern formed on the first conductive film through a first mask with a desired pattern formed thereon; sequentially forming a gate insulation film, an active layer, an ohmic contact layer, a second conductive film and a protection film on an entire surface of the substrate; forming an active region and a data line including source-drain electrodes using a second photoresist film pattern that has different thicknesses in predetermined regions and is formed on the protection film through a second mask with a desired pattern formed thereon; forming a contact hole by exposing a channel region of the active layer and partially exposing the source-drain electrodes using the second photoresist pattern; forming a third conductive film on the entire surface of the substrate; and forming a pixel electrode to be connected to the contact hole using a third photoresist film pattern formed on the third conductive film through a third mask with a desired pattern formed thereon. The present invention further provides a liquid crystal display having the same.

An apparatus and a method for cooperative diversity in a wireless communication system are provided to alternatively transmit data to two repeaters by enabling a source node to perform an SM(Superposition Modulation) or an HM(Hierarchical Modulation), thereby requiring cooperative diversity while reducing the amount of resources. If information bits exits, a source node(400) hierarchical-modulates B and C after hierarchical-modulating A and B. Then, the source node hierarchical-modulates C and D. During odd-numbered time slots, modulated symbols are transmitted to a first repeater(410). During even-numbered time slots, the modulated symbols are alternatively transmitted to the second repeater(420), and the second repeater demodulates the received modulated symbols through a demodulator(412).

A signal transceiving device in a communication system and a method therefor are provided to offer a space time frequency block coding method which prevents the deterioration of performance on a high-speed fading channel and a frequency-selective fading channel while a transmitter can communicate with plural receivers. A transmission signal generator(400) comprises as follows. A demultiplexer(405) divides an information symbol according to the number of transmission antennas. Repeaters(407,409) receive the divided signals to repeat the signals as much as preset frequency of repetition. Signal processors(411,413) perform frequency space block coding processes for the repeated signals. Phase vector multipliers(415,417) multiply phase vectors corresponding to each receiver by the signals applied with the frequency space block coding processes.

A display apparatus and an information display method thereof are provided to withdraw/display channel list information and information of checking whether a data signal corresponding to the channel list information is contained to check whether data service corresponding to each channel exists, and to ask a broadcasting station for the needed data service easily. A display apparatus(1) comprises a receiving part(10), an image processing part(20), a display part(30), and a control part(40). The receiving part receives an image signal including assistant information. The image processing part carries out the image processing for the received image signal. The control part controls the image processing part to withdraw channel list information and information of checking whether a data signal corresponding to the channel list information is contained and displays the withdrawn information on the display part. The channel list information includes program guide information. The channel list information is received through the channel.

A thin film transistor substrate and a method for repairing the same are provided to float extended parts of a maintenance electrode adjacent to a disconnected gate line, and connect the maintenance electrode with the gate line to repair the disconnection of the gate line, thereby efficiently repairing the gate line without an additional line. A thin film transistor substrate includes a plurality of gate lines(110). A plurality of maintenance electrodes(140) includes extended parts(141,142,143) arranged adjacently to the gate lines, protruded parts connected to the extended parts and partially overlapped with the gate lines, and connecting parts(145) connected to the extended parts and connecting maintenance electrodes adjacent to each other, crossing the gate lines. Pixel electrodes(160) are partially overlapped with the maintenance electrodes.

An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a repair method thereof are provided to make two separated layers short-circuit or to cut the connection portion by controlling the intensity of a laser beam. A gate line(21) and a data line(41) are crossed with each other. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is electrically connected with the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode(61) is connected with the TFT. A repair metal layer(44) includes the first area having a short area opposite to a capacitance portion. The second area has a drain area opposite to the first area and is connected with a pixel electrode. An incision portion is formed between the drain forming area and the first area and located at the upper portion of the capacitance portion. The repair metal layer is formed at the same layer as the data line.
