A Blu-ray disc playback device is disclosed. The device comprises: a mounting unit in which a Blu-ray disc is mounted; a storage unit in which a middleware is stored; and a control unit for controlling a processing operation for the Blu-ray disc by executing the middleware when the Blu-ray disc is mounted in the mounting unit. The control unit performs an application activation task and a processing operation for resources in parallel by running the middleware when the Blu-ray disc is mounted. Thus, disc loading time can be shortened, and resource processing for each playback device can be optimized. The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for calibrating coordinates in a digitizer and an electronic pen used in the same method and the same apparatus. An embodiment of the present invention relates to the method for calibrating a coordinate of the electronic pen in the digitizer comprising: a step of sensing one or more magnetic fields including different center shafts formed with the electronic pen; a step of determining the slope of the electronic pen based on the number of the sensed magnetic fields; and a step of determining the application of a calibration value for calibrating the coordinate of the electronic pen based on the determined result. According to the present invention, the method has a good point for accurately recognizing the coordinates by considering the slope direction of the electronic pen and of the slope of the electronic pen. PURPOSE: A filter with a high aspect ratio for capturing cells is provided to prevent blockage of a flow channel due to captured cells or particles by acquiring an enough space. CONSTITUTION: A filter(100) comprises an inlet(122), an outlet(123), a flow channel(124), and a filter part. A sample flows in through the inlet and flows out through the outlet. The flow channel has a first bottom side and a second bottom side facing each other to allow the sample to flow between the inlet and outlet. The filter part is arranged in the flow channel to capture a target cell or a target particle in the sample. The filter part comprises: a barrier which protrudes towards the first bottom side from the second bottom side; and a gap formed between the barrier and the first bottom side.

PURPOSE: A collectible cell counter system is provided to accurately and quickly count the number of cells contained in a fluid, to collect the fluid after counting, and to improve efficiency for developing CTC(circulating tumor cell) analysis. CONSTITUTION: A cell counter system(100) comprises an inlet(110), a channel(130), a valve unit(150), an electrode part(160), and an outlet(120). A fluid(F) containing a plurality of cells flows in through the inlet. The fluid passes through the channel. The valve unit controls the flow of the fluid in the channel. The electrode part is provided in the channel for measuring impedance for counting the cells. The outlet is connected to the channel and discharges the fluid.

PURPOSE: A hydrodynamic filter unit, a hydrodynamic filter including the same, and a filtering method of target materials using the same are provided to prevent lost of the target materials by maintaining the low pressure inside a fluid chamber. CONSTITUTION: A hydrodynamic filter unit(100) comprises a fluid chamber(10), an inlet port channel(20), a plurality of vent channels(30,35), and a plurality of catch parts(41,43). The inlet port channel is connected to the fluid chamber. The fluid including target materials(50) is flowed into the inlet port channel. For the discharge of the fluid, the vent channels are connected to the fluid chamber. For the target material catching, the catch parts are prepared in each connection part of the vent channels and the fluid chamber.

PURPOSE: A calibration device of a portable terminal and a system thereof are provided to perform calibration without disassembling a case. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) connects a first wireless path between a wireless communicating unit of the portable terminal and a calibration jig when the calibration jig inserts into a user identification card slot unit(110). The portable terminal blocks a second wireless path between the wireless communicating unit and an antenna. A measuring instrument(300) is connected to the calibration jig and a wireless cable. The measuring instrument transmits/receives a wireless signal to the wireless communicating unit through the first wireless path. A computer(400) is connected to the measuring instrument and the portable terminal. The computer controls a calibration process of the portable terminal.

PURPOSE: A cell separation device and a separation method using magnetic force are provided to effectively separate target cells from other cells by generating magnetic force and opposite direction force at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A cell separation device using magnetic force comprises a channel(11), a sample inlet(12), a first sample outlet(13), a second sample outlet(14), and magnets(15). The channel is formed in a curve form in order to have curvature. The sample oil entrance is connected to one-end of the channel. The first and second sample outlets are respectively connected to the other end parts of the channel. The magnets are arranged along the outer perimeter of the channel. The channel has a circular or ellipse form. The channel rotates around one center and gradually moves apart and makes a twisted wire shape. The sample oil entrance is connected to inside center of the channel.
